At 29,029 feet above sea level, Mt. Everest is the highest point on earth. I climbed Everest V3 in a group simulation with other faculty members of the Center for Leadership at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. By experiencing learning through doing, we learned how to deal with the rather challenging situation of climbing Everest, which perfectly simulated communication and decision-making challenges we all face while working in teams.
